Andy and Carlie's Superstar Wedding

The shimmery, sumptuous 5600 N Via Elena set a perfect background for the wedding of two very dear friends, Andy and Carlie. We felt privileged to share in and memorialize their cherished event.

Carlie and her maids prepared for the ceremony in an etherial dressing room, encircled by mirrors. But don't worry - the lavish surroundings didn't prevent the shenanigans you might expect from these girls!

Carlie looked truly queenly when the girls were done.

Andy, waiting for his bride, dressed to match the regal backdrop.

We had great fun, posing in a veritable art gallery!

As the June sun set behind the trees, Andy and Carlie were pronounced man and wife.
Let the party begin!

Joy and passion. That's what I remember seeing in these two that whole evening.

And, as is to be expected at a party thrown by Carlie,
we danced until our feet hurt in the wee hours of the morning!

First Blog... Matt and Lauren!

I'm new to blogging. Yet being a word-lover, I think attaching a few words to eloquent photographs will be a joy. This blog will be a venue for Jayson and me to share previews of recently photographed events. We want to share our excitement about the images we've captured of your beautiful faces!

My first event to document is the delightful wedding celebration of Matt and Lauren Hixson. I know it's a bit late in coming, but this event deserves the honor of First Blog. Let's start with Lauren - sparkly, beaming bride.

I dare anyone to pick a better match for this lovely lady...

It was my pleasure and honor to spend time with Lauren and her girls, as Lauren giddily anticipated joining her life with Matt's.

Under the cool shade of towering mesquite and Arizona ash trees at Corona Ranch Tucson, Matt and Lauren committed their lives to each other. I'm not sure who was looking more excited and pleased when they were pronounced man and wife!

Congratulations, Matt and Lauren! It was a joy to witness and memorialize your marriage.
